The Challenge

Sintoiya Lodge reached out to us at the very beginning of their journey.

They had just opened their doors with no established brand presence, no audience, and no clear plan for how awareness or bookings would be generated. While the location and concept had strong potential, there was no defined positioning, no digital strategy, and no system in place to turn interest into revenue.

They knew they wanted to move toward a luxury positioning in the long term, even though the product itself was still evolving. What they needed immediately was visibility, demand, and bookings.

Sintoiya Lodge was starting from zero. No recognition, no perception in the market, and no digital footprint to support discovery or conversion. Without a clear narrative and structured funnel, even a strong product would struggle to gain traction.

 

Our Approach

We took full ownership of their marketing from day one.

We built their digital strategy from scratch, starting with brand positioning that leaned into a more premium and aspirational direction. This allowed Sintoiya Lodge to enter the market with a clear identity and long term vision, even before the product had fully matured.

Alongside this, we developed their branding, messaging, and visual direction to support a luxury perception. Every decision was intentional and aligned with where the brand wanted to go, not just where it was at launch.

We then implemented a sales funnel strategy designed to generate awareness quickly and build desire before pushing for conversion. Content, visuals, and messaging were all mapped to the booking journey so that attention did not get wasted.

Results

Within a month of launching the new digital system, Sintoiya Lodge saw strong demand. December bookings were packed, giving the business immediate revenue and validation.

The early success allowed the team to reinvest confidently and focus on improving the on ground product to match the premium perception being created online.

Today, Sintoiya Lodge continues to enjoy healthy revenue while actively working toward elevating the guest experience to fully align with the luxury positioning established through branding and marketing.
